yesterday was baking day.
met up with Tino after sch @ Bugis.
we wanted to go to the baking supply shop which was allegedly in Textile Centre.
BUT due to our dismay, it wasnt there animore.
or there was nvr one in the first place,
which means my sources actually failed me.
so we took 980 to Sembawang.
coz' i knew that there's a bakery supply shop there.
we bought OCK(again) first, den proceeded to the shop.
since, Tino changed his mind abt the cupcakes,
we ended up at NTUC fairprice to get his Betty C.'s cookie mix.
went back to Yishun & headed back to my hse
to make my cupcakes & his cookies.
i was nvr an expert in baking cookies.
i just cant seem to bake the perfect cookie.
my cookie would always be thin&flat and shapeless.
it would just spread all over the baking thin.
so, naturally, that was wad happen to Tino as well.
the cookies didnt really turn out well.
i wudnt say the same abt the taste tho.
it tastes surprisingly heavenly.
my cupcakes were fine&tasty&nice as usual.
however, i just cudnt get my frosting right.
i dunt know wad i missed or had any of the proportions wrong.
but the frostings just looked weird.
& too sweet as well.
i dont know wheather i should still use the frostings tho.
ps: in really digging John Legend's P.D.A(we just dont care)
