the short trip to batam was nice and tiring.
couldnt buy alot.
but i did bought donuts.
hahaha! it was a tough decision but finally i decided to buy them.
i bought a dozen ate 3.
and now, im feeling guilty due to the calories.
damn!
im left with 5 now.
3 of which was given to my lil sis' to bring to sch.
and one was eaten by Nita in the ferry.
hmm.
im certainly not eating the rest.
calories, calories, calories.
we took the ferry at 11.30am.
reached Batam at 12.30pm.
we went to soo many malls that i seriously lost count.
i bought a grey cardigan for my bro since he already asked me to get him sumthing there.
and i bought myself a blue tunic top.
though, i doubt ill be holding it on for long.
the rest of my money was obviously spent on food.
we got crazy over a&w.
bought the ever famous root beer with float, the curly fries and also the waffles.
we had seafood.
which was considerably cheap.
about $10 per person.
& the food was alot!
we cudnt even finish eating it.
and then of course, i spent the last bits of my money on donuts!
i went home & did my calculation.
and i realized that the money was very well-spent.
how can a mere SG$50 be spent on a tunic top, cardigan, seafood, a&w & donuts.
a cardigan would have at least set u back SG$30+.
by the time, i could only get donuts and/or fast-food with the remaining money here.
the tunic top wasnt even ugly.
it looks like the one in topshop, zara & forever 21.
so, yes.
yesterday was great fun with great company.
we laugh and joked till the very end of the journey.
and as usual someone has a crush on someone over there.
and her crush also has a crush on her.
hahaha!
well, looks like im gonna have a fren living in batam soon.
that is after she marries that crush of hers.
hahahaha!
yesterday's indulgence was enough.
today's fasting day, for me that is.
it's funny how much we eat during short getaways.
